In fact, there are an infinite number of tartans I would like to do, so I do a new one every year. The pale green tartan check gives these pants a unique, retro feel that makes them an emotional pair. On the other hand, red checks are always a problem. The overall tone is dull and leans a little towards brown, but I really want to wear the red checked fatigue outfit! The fabric is made from tightly twisted wool yarn, giving it a slightly stiffer finish, and the check patterns are two traditional designs found in Scottish houses.
This is a standard fatigue pants with a beaten hem. Lining is attached to the front of the thighs.
